I help companies understand their customers, choose the right problems, and turn complicated technology into products people want to use.
I was one of the first 100 employees at Cloudflare, where I helped make deeply technical performance and security products easier to understand and use, working across analytics, developer tools, and the broader product experience.
I've also advised more than a dozen early-stage startups, helping founders shape their products and better understand their customers. Some have since grown into Series B and C companies, while others have been acquired.
For the past seven years, I've been at Unity. I joined as a Staff Designer and went on to lead design for its Grow business, which helps developers acquire users and monetize their games—and today represents the majority of Unity's revenue.
During Unity's turnaround, I also served on its L2 leadership staff, helping focus the business and put customers back at the center of our decisions.
Most recently, I joined Unity's product team to take a more hands-on role. Today, I lead work exploring how AI can change the way games are created, including a web-based creation product I built and am taking to market.
That role brings together the things I care about most: understanding people, making complicated systems simpler, and building products that solve problems worth solving.
Three places to start: how I lead, what my teams built at Unity, and how I help early-stage companies turn customer understanding into product direction.
